Far too often we face poor customer service in todays “Get it for me yesterday” world. I was referred to Frost Septic by a friend and called after hours and you were extremely courteous and helpful. My septic tank was full and I had no means of flushing our toilet and your suggestions got me through the night. The next day you arrived at my residence and helped me every step of the way. Your service was exemplary! I will tell anyone that you are THE choice in the greater Bangor area when it comes to septic needs. - Paul Stilwell
Thank you for everything you've done. It's been a pleasure doing business with you. We would highly recommend you.

Brenda and I would like to extend our many thanks to your entire operation for the timely and professional service to our septic problem, especially considering the extreme weather conditions.

I think you solved the septic problem. The pump is on its own circuit breaker. The electrician detected it. Thank you for all your help.
I had my septic tank pumped around a month ago. I wanted to thank you for your professionalism and expertise. Your driver that came and pumped out my tank was awesome. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I have recommended and will continue to recommend your company to friends and co-workers. I work in the service industry and you often hear all the complaints but rarely praises. Therefore I felt obligated to thank you and your staff. Thank you. - John Cain
Thank you so very much for all the help you gave me last Friday in order to get my septic problem fixed. From my initial phone call to your office to the completion of replacing the pipe, all involved were pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient in the task at hand. I will continue to sing high praises to others about what Frosts did for me. I am so appreciative to be able to get back to a normal way of life without everything backing up on me! Thanks again. God Bless. - Bambi M.
It's good to know there are still some honest people in this chaotic world of ours. Marry and I appreciate the refund. We are anxious to get to camp to "fumigate" and to see the work you have done for us.
